Unique world premiere – fully integrated TRAQ with four-wheel drive
Published
KABE once again pushes the boundaries of premium motorhomes. In collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, we introduce the world's first fully integrated motorhome with optional all-wheel drive. This makes KABE the only motorhome manufacturer in the world to offer a fully integrated motorhome with all-wheel drive.
Four-wheel drive provides increased accessibility and stability when road conditions demand it—whether you're driving on snow, gravel, or wet roads. Safety has also been verified through crash tests with excellent results. With this new feature, KABE elevates safety, driving comfort, and security to an even higher level.
The new model is available in Crown and Imperial TRAQ 830 with floor plans LGB and LQB. Standardly, the TRAQ models are equipped with rear-wheel drive, offering improved driving stability, a high towing capacity with a gross vehicle weight of 7 tons, and excellent driving characteristics even under demanding conditions. For customers with even higher requirements for accessibility, four-wheel drive is available as an option. The combination of Mercedes-Benz technology, KABE’s renowned high comfort, and an advanced drivetrain creates a motorhome designed for year-round travel.
For the fully integrated TRAQ, a new Offroad package is also available, featuring a powerful exterior design, roof rack with additional lights, and matte black aluminum wheels for an even more rugged appearance. This package is also available for Novum TRAQ 750 LGB.
– With TRAQ, we are taking the next step in the development of premium motorhomes for active travel year-round. The combination of all-wheel drive, KABE's renowned comfort, and Mercedes drivetrain and chassis creates a completely new type of motorhome on the market.
The same drivetrain concept is also available in the semi-integrated Novum TRAQ 750 LGB from the 2026 model year, offered with rear-wheel drive as standard and all-wheel drive as an option. Perfect for those who want a slightly shorter motorhome capable of towing heavy trailers such as a horse transport or a passenger car.
