With the award-winning control panel KABE Smart D – winner of the European Innovation Award – you can control many of the motorhome's and caravan's most important functions. The intuitive touchscreen is designed with a focus on user-friendliness and provides a clear overview of fresh and grey water levels, battery voltage, as well as management of lighting, AC, heater, temperature, and the drop-down bed. Some optional features can also be operated via the panel.

Starting with the 2026 model year, the new Linux-based KABE Smart D 2.0 will be introduced, featuring an upgraded 7” high-resolution touch panel. The new system includes: - Easy-to-operate electric panel with touchscreen display. - The electrical system detects battery capacity and charges automatically as needed. - The system monitors water level, temperature, and battery voltage. - Integrated audio system with IP radio and Bluetooth. - OTA updates (Over-The-Air).** - 3-in-1 charger – charger, booster, and solar regulator in one unit. **To use the service, a router and an active internet subscription are required.**

Flexible lighting in your KABE – the right light for every situation

Easily customize the lighting to suit your needs. Choose bright work lighting when cooking and create a soft, subdued atmosphere for dinner. With the dimmer function on the panel, you control the mood throughout the motorhome or caravan – from functionality to pure relaxation.

Perfect indoor climate all year round

KABE is known for its superior thermal comfort year-round. Using the Smart D-panel, you can easily set the desired indoor temperature. When the cold bites, the Alde heating system ensures you stay warm and cozy – and during hot summer days, the AC (air conditioning is an option in some models) provides a cool and comfortable environment. Always the right temperature, regardless of the season.

Overview of battery, consumption, and water tanks

With KABE's smart electrical system, you always have full control. The system monitors the battery level and automatically charges when needed. On the display, you can easily see both consumption and charging, providing security and freedom – especially when free camping. Additionally, you have a clear overview of the levels in both the fresh water and grey water tanks.
